Diving
The Mexican Caribbean is one of the best diving spots in the world. The Great Maya Reef offers year-round diving as well as a visibility of up to 165 ft and a great diversity in plant and animal species for enthusiasts. There are also daytime and nighttime diving tours in the ocean.
Water Adventure
Aquaworld's Jungle Tour allows you to drive your own boat through mangroves and explore the coral reef. Aquaworld also offers diving, a "sub-see" submarine explorer and double-seater para-chairs. Aquaworld is located at km 15.2 on Kukulcan blvd.
Parque Nizuc (Wet' Wild) is a marine park at the southern end of Cancún's Hotel Zone. Here you can snorkel, try the various waterslides and swim in a wave pool.
At Rancho Loma Bonita you can horseback ride through the mangrove jungles, lakes and the Caribbean Sea. You can also ride a 4-wheeler, snorkel, bicycle or kayak around lagoons, swim in the pool or enjoy the restaurant. All located at km 45 on the Cancún-Tulum highway.
